Camellia fresh cells, an active ingredient introduced by CHANEL Research, are rich in vitamins and nutrients and boost cell renewal.

Camellia Alba PFA,* a CHANEL Skincare patented** active ingredient, helps the skin restore and maintain optimal moisture levels and stay hydrated.

It is complemented by Blue Ginger PFA,* which protects and reinforces the skin's self-defense system on a daily basis.

HOW TO USE

Morning and evening, apply HYDRA BEAUTY Micro Liquid Essence to clean, dry skin before using HYDRA BEAUTY Micro Crème.
1. Dispense 5 drops in the palm of your hand.
2. Press onto cheeks, forehead, and chin, then smooth from the center of face outwards.
3. To prolong the sensory experience, continue with the HYDRA BEAUTY application technique: delicately tap face with your fingertips for an instant glow.

Morning and evening, apply HYDRA BEAUTY Micro Crème to clean, dry skin after using HYDRA BEAUTY Micro Liquid Essence.
1. Dab the cream onto 5 or 6 areas of the face and smooth from the center outwards.
2. To prolong the sensory experience, continue with the HYDRA BEAUTY application technique: delicately tap face with your fingertips for an instant glow.

All orders placed on the Official Online Boutique are uniquely packaged by CHANEL and delivered in Malaysia.

CHANEL offers the following delivery option: Standard Delivery.
Kindly note, standard delivery is within 3-6 business days for West Malaysia and 6-10 business days for East Malaysia from the date your order(s) is processed by us.
Complimentary delivery for all orders.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the product(s), we only accept exchange or return request(s) for damaged, faulty and/or incorrect item(s) received for order(s) placed on Chanel Online Boutique. Return of your CHANEL online boutique order needs to be done within 14 calendar days from the date of order delivery, provided products are in original packaging with packing list and original receipt. Kindly contact our Client Care Representative at 1800 812 838, Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm (excluding Public Holidays) for more information on the return procedures. CHANEL Client Care will assess the issue and assist you with the return.

Products that may not be eligible for exchange or return includes lip gloss, mascara, liquid lipstick and nail polish. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for exchange or reimbursement unless they are defective.

All exchange and return of merchandise will be subject to the final decision of CHANEL.
