INSPIRATION

1915. Gabrielle Chanel discovered Biarritz. She was immediately taken with this haven of peace at the edge of the ocean and its sporty yet fashionable atmosphere. She chose to make it the location of her first couture house, in a villa opposite the casino. Bringing together elegance and comfort, her designs caught the attention of an international clientele and marked the debut of CHANEL. All orders placed on the Official Online Boutique are uniquely packaged by CHANEL and delivered in the United Kingdom (exclusions apply). CHANEL is pleased to offer complimentary standard delivery on all orders over £50, unless specified at checkout.

CHANEL offers the following delivery options; Standard Delivery, Next Day Delivery, Nominated Weekday Day Delivery, Weekend Delivery. And in London; Same Day Delivery & Concierge Delivery. Please note, Standard delivery is between 2 – 4 working days.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to do so within 30 days of receiving your order. In order to receive a full refund, simply complete the return form and attach the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and then follow one of the options detailed below.

Via post: complete the return form, provided in the delivery package and then attach the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop the items at a DPD location as listed on DPD.
