DESCRIPTION

In celebration of the holiday season, CHANEL presents the rarest interpretation of N°5 in its most precious form.

N°5 Parfum is housed in a monumental Baccarat crystal bottle, crafted entirely by hand using the finest techniques and unique expertise.
Faithful to its original design, it is adorned with a white label and topped with a faceted cabochon cut like a diamond, recalling the shape of the Place Vendôme.

A white dipped lambskin case showcases the bottle like a jewel, while the accompanying Baccarat crystal applicator offers a unique fragrance experience.

Each of the 55 exquisite, custom pieces is numbered and hand-engraved, like a true work of art.

COMPOSITION

N°5 Parfum is the quintessence of femininity, an abstract fragrance that reveals an aldehydic floral bouquet.
Top notes of neroli from Grasse blend into the sensual, floral notes of two exceptional raw materials: May rose and jasmine from Grasse.
Aldehydes provide airy freshness and lend an abstract effect to the fragrance.

INSPIRATION

In 1921, Gabrielle Chanel called upon Ernest Beaux to create a rare and powerful "woman's perfume with a woman's scent". The Perfumer-Creator presented her with a visionary composition that made unprecedented use of aldehydes. Mademoiselle chose the fifth sample of the fragrance and decided to simply name it N°5. For this new fragrance, she selected a bottle with a revolutionary design, adorned with a white label and topped with a faceted cabochon. The unique scent of N°5, along with its simple name and bottle, revolutionised the history of perfumery and has gone on to achieve cult status.

ART OF PERFUMING

The Parfum is paired with a Baccarat crystal applicator, allowing for precise application to the pulse points: behind the earlobes, on the décolleté, on the inside of the wrists – anywhere you can feel your heartbeat.

Each purchase is thoughtfully wrapped in iconic CHANEL packaging.
Redesigned with tomorrow in mind, every element has been optimized to minimize waste. All plastic has been eliminated. Boxes and bags are recyclable and made with 40% recycled* materials and 60% paper from sustainably managed forests, as well as water-based ink and glue. Pouches feature 100% organic cotton.
*Packaging recyclability is dependant on sorting and recycling methods, which vary by location

DELIVERY & RETURNS

what are my delivery options ?

GLS Home delivery within 5 to 7 business days

• Delivery on working days (from Monday to Friday)
• Delivery to ParcelShop or Locker, close to the recipient's home. Once the parcel has been dropped off, the recipient receives an email or SMS (Finnish telephone only) or postal mail (depending on information available and transmitted by the sender) alerting him to the address of the ParcelShop/Locker, opening hours and collection methods (identity document if ParcelShop, collection code if Locker, etc.).

Communication during delivery:
• Upstream, the recipient receives an email indicating the date and time slot of the home delivery.
• The recipient has the possibility to give new delivery instructions, among the available options, from the link contained in the email. The recipient will receive this email once the package has been scanned on the FR Exit Hub and will have the possibility to change the delivery options until the package arrives in Finland. Once the parcel has been integrated into the GLS Finland network, it is no longer possible for him to change the delivery options.
• The email is sent in the language of the destination country and in English.

what are your return policies ?

You can return all or part of your order within 30 calendar days from the date of shipping.
Simply complete the return form enclosed with your package (also available on our website if you have created an account) and send us the unused products in their original packaging,along with the return form.
In your package, CHANEL provides a prepaid shipping label to be attached directly on your return parcel before depositing it at a post office.
Eyewear Products may also be returned within a CHANEL fashion boutique.
For health and hygiene protection, cosmetic products that have been unsealed are not eligible for reimbursement.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and eyewear products must be returned with the accessories provided. They also must be returned with their tag. Products that have been altered are not returnable.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products as well as the delivery costs that you originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
