Inspired by the mirrors that line the legendary Art Deco staircase in Gabrielle Chanel’s rue Cambon apartment, the faceted square case of 31 LE ROUGE is the most irresistible packaging in the history of CHANEL lipstick. A two-digit combination unlocks a fusion of sophistication and functionality, creative and technical mastery, absolute singularity and fluidity of design, and an intimate and aesthetic experience – all contained within a clear glass case that showcases the metallic gleam of a refillable bullet.
Twelve luminous matte shades have been added to the existing range of 12 satin lip colours. Each of these 12 shades offer luminosity and a matte effect, all while delivering pure, intense colour. In a similar play of contrasts, the signature lipstick bullet is embossed with an elegant matte woven pattern and a shining CHANEL logo.
The 24 shades – ranging from orange rosewood to deep garnet, and pink beige to cherry red – are vibrant reflections of Gabrielle Chanel's memories, the mastery demonstrated by the ateliers, and the creativity and vitality integral to rue Cambon. Whether matte or satin, the colours were created to reveal, to embellish and to overstate, made for singularity rather than subtlety.

Finely micronised pigments, combined with sheer pearlescent particles, reveal intense, purely radiant colour.
Skincare benefits, which contribute to better-looking lips with each passing day, complement its glide-on texture and intense, long-wearing colour.
Its formula is enriched with gardenia-infused oil from Gaujacq, a CHANEL-exclusive ingredient*, and Maracuja oil to leave lips appearing smoother and more defined.

HOW TO USE
Smooth precision application in a single stroke.
Begin by applying the lipstick in an "X" shape at the centre of the lips, from the top lip towards the bottom lip. Then extend it out towards the corners.
31 LE ROUGE comes with a quilted black sleeve designed to protect the lipstick's square, faceted glass case. Always keep the product in its sleeve when not in use, to prevent scratches and keep the glass beautifully polished.
Refills cannot be used without a case and are compatible exclusively with 31 LE ROUGE.

Redesigned with tomorrow in mind, every element has been optimized to minimize waste. All plastic has been eliminated. Boxes and bags are recyclable and made with 40% recycled* materials and 60% paper from sustainably managed forests, as well as water-based ink and glue. Pouches feature 100% organic cotton.

If you wish to reschedule, you may select an alternative delivery date or modify delivery address
In case of absence, you will receive a message inviting you to arrange a new delivery.
what are your return policies ?
You can return all or part of your order within 30 calendar days from the date of shipping.
Simply complete the return form enclosed with your package (also available on our website if you have created an account) and send us the unused products in their original packaging,along with the return form.
In your package, CHANEL provides a prepaid shipping label to be attached directly on your return parcel before depositing it at a post office.
Eyewear Products may also be returned within a CHANEL fashion boutique.
For health and hygiene protection, cosmetic products that have been unsealed are not eligible for reimbursement.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and eyewear products must be returned with the accessories provided. They also must be returned with their tag. Products that have been altered are not returnable.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products as well as the delivery costs that you originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
